Software License Agreement
IMPORTANT. Please read before using the software. By using the SLG Mobile software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not use OR INSTALL this software.
GENERAL. This Software License Agreement ("License") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and SLG Mobile, Inc. ("SLG Mobile"). The BeamReader PDF Reader ("SLG Mobile Software"), including associated software components, media, printed materials, documentation, and support materials. The SLG Mobile Software is licensed, not sold to you by SLG Mobile. You own the media on which the SLG Mobile Software is recorded, but SLG Mobile retains ownership of the SLG Mobile Software. The terms of this License will govern any upgrade to the SLG Mobile software, unless such upgrade is accompanied by a separate license, in which case the terms of that license will govern.
LICENSE GRANT. SLG Mobile grants you the right to install and use one copy of the SLG Mobile Software on a single device at a time. This License does not allow the SLG Mobile Software to be installed on more than one device at a time, or to be made available so that it can be used by more than one device at the same time. You may make one copy of the SLG Mobile Software for backup purposes only.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SLG Mobile Software. You may not use the SLG Mobile Software for any purpose other than its intended purpose. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SLG Mobile Software.
TERMINATION. This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this License. Upon termination of this License, you shall cease all use of the SLG Mobile Software and destroy all copies of the SLG Mobile Software.

NO WARRANTIES. SLG Mobile expressly disclaims any warranty for the SLG Mobile Software. The SLG Mobile Software is provided As Is without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose. SLG Mobile does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the SLG Mobile Software. SLG Mobile makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program. SLG Mobile further expressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or to any third party.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall SLG Mobile be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation any damages for lost profits, business interruption, or lost information arising out of the use of or inability to use the SLG Mobile Software, even if SLG Mobile has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall SLG MobileÕs total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).
GENERAL. This License will be governed by and construed in accordance under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Virginia between Virginia residents. This License constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the SLG Mobile Software.
